Install a household host or use the browser app immediately. The 4.7.0 installers include the forecast-first Graphite dashboard, animated sky scenes, Orbit Glass gauges with five selectable styles, and HookEcho radar on demand.
Universal Mac app
Open the disk image and drag StormDesk into Applications. If macOS cannot verify it, use Privacy & Security → Open Anyway.

For 64-bit Intel and AMD computers. Install with your software center or sudo apt install ./StormDesk_4.7.0_amd64.deb.
Linux AppImage
Make it executable, then open it. On Omarchy or Hyprland, it tiles beside your other windows. Use --browser if the embedded window is blank.

Install the ARM64 Debian package on a 64-bit Raspberry Pi operating system.

Prefer the browser?
Open StormDesk without installing anything. Choose a location to open animated forecast cards and astronomy with compact Orbit Glass gauges. Toggle radar on whenever you need it; connect a station later if you want. The same browser remembers your theme and preferences.
The new app.mystormdesk.com address has separate browser storage from stormdesk.pages.dev. Existing users need to set up or pair the new address once. The old address remains available.
